Terms of service

Version of 20 October 2026.

1. Who we are

Bonded Capital is operated from the United States ("we"). You reach us by email at or on X at ; see the contact page.

2. The service

We sell trading challenges: a simulated account that trades real pump.fun coins at real on-chain prices under published rules. We are independent and not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by pump.fun; we only read the public prices of its coins. The rules and how fills work are part of these terms. No real asset is bought or sold for you. What you pay is the price of the challenge, not a deposit or an investment, and we hold no money for you. Traders who pass both steps can be funded and receive payouts in SOL from our public reserve wallet under the rules.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You may not use the service if you live in a country where it is unlawful, including countries under US or EU sanctions, or if you are on a sanctions list. You use only wallets you control, and one person holds one set of accounts.

4. Contract and price

The contract is made when your payment to the reserve is confirmed on-chain and your account opens. Prices are shown in US dollars and charged in SOL at the rate quoted at checkout, which holds for 15 minutes. Prices are final prices. You pay the network fee of your payment.

5. Refunds

Within 14 days of buying, and before your first trade, you can cancel a challenge and get the full price back. Once you have placed your first trade the challenge has started, and its price is not refunded. Billing errors are always put right, and an account that ends because of an error on our side gets its challenge again for free (rule 4.6). Details on the refunds page.

6. Challenges and funding

A challenge runs under the version of the rules in force when you bought it. Funding depends on the reserve as described in the rules; we do not promise a date.

7. Payouts

Payouts are rewards for your simulated results, paid from our own funds in the public reserve; they are not proceeds of trades. Amount, timing, cap, review and identity check are set by the rules. We may hold a payout while its review is open and refuse it if the conduct rules were broken; we tell you why. Referral commissions (rule 6.6) are paid on the same terms. You are responsible for any tax on payouts and commissions you receive.

8. Ending an account

Breaking a conduct rule ends the account and voids its unpaid payouts. We may suspend an account while we look into a suspected breach. If we stop the service, challenges still running get their price back and funded accounts are paid what the rules owe them up to that day.

8a. Levels, leagues and achievements

XP, levels, titles, missions, streaks, leagues, boards and achievements show your progress. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged, carry no prize, and never change the rules, a pass or a payout. We may change how they are counted.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but cannot promise it always will. Trading pauses when market data is stale or during maintenance. Orders are never filled later at a price you did not see.

Maintenance that pauses trading for more than five minutes, including moving the service to other servers, is announced in the app at least 24 hours before. Your accounts, open positions and records are kept through every interruption. After an interruption on our side the loss limits wait ten minutes before they are judged (rule 4.5), and an account that ends because of an error on our side gets its challenge again for free (rule 4.6).

10. No advice

Nothing on this site is investment advice. Past results, including our backtests, say nothing about what you will make.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits, or for losses caused by pump.fun, PumpSwap, Solana, your wallet or other third parties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the challenge it concerns. Where the law does not allow these limits, they apply as far as it does.

12. Changes to these terms

New versions apply to purchases made after they are published. A running challenge keeps the terms it was bought under, unless the law requires a change.

13. Complaints and disputes

Write to us first at . We answer within two business days and try to settle every complaint within 30 days. The mandatory consumer protections of the place you live are not affected.
