Refunds
In short
Within 14 days of buying, and before your first trade, you can cancel a challenge and get the full price back. Once you have placed your first trade the challenge has started, and its price is not refunded.
How to cancel
Email us at from any address, with the wallet you paid from and your account number. We close the challenge and send the same amount of SOL back to the wallet you paid from within 7 days, with the memo bonded:refund:<order>, so the refund can be checked on-chain. It costs you nothing.
Billing errors
If you paid twice, or paid and no account opened, write to us. We open the account or send the extra payment back in full.
Our errors
If an account ends because of an error on our side, for example a wrong price or an outage, you get the same challenge again for free (rule 4.6).
Referral commissions
A purchase that is refunded earns no commission. That is why commissions wait 14 days after the purchase (rule 6.6).
